Dont even try to ask for help !! Ive been hung up on before even saying hello several times its like they pick up the phone to stop it from ringing and hang it up . Ive been trying for almost 2 years to get help with my intellectual disabled foster daughter in the state of Alabama. They are very negative when you do talk to them telling you its nearly impossible for us to move to Alabama where my husband was relocated from another state. Wow ..... no one is helpful or even cares . I agree with other reviews this place is a joke !!!!
