Oxford Primary Care & Weight Loss Center is an adult disease management and treatment center for a wide variety of your primary care needs including, but not limited to Asthma, Anemia, Arthritis, COPD, cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, migraine management, etc. We are able to provide our primary care patients with sports and employment physicals.
