California Home Appraisals has been absolutely fabulous. We were exploring a refinance and were referred to CHA by our lender. Our appraiser, Scot, was at our house in just a couple of days and was an absolute professional. He was very respectful of our wishes around COVID-19, as well as our dogs. We felt very, very good about our experience with him, even though we had some trepidation about having strangers in/around the house. We ultimately did not go with this lender. A few months later, we found a different lender and I needed information in order to apply to transfer our appraisal. I communicated

Appraiser arrived on time, inspected the property thoroughly. Requested any upgrades and options added to the home for additional value. Also asked for a list of comparables if I had any more to add. We talked about the current demand on housing and what we were both seeing. I thought he did a thorough and fair inspection. Thank you!
