Loren, the owner of Loes, responded quickly to my call for service to our Whirlpool washer. By just talking to him he immediately knew the problem. The service call was reasonably priced and was applied to the cost of the total repair. His knowledge of appliances and repair experience saved me over 75% of the cheapest replacement.
