Carol has spent the past forty years working in the healthcare field. She has dedicated her life to caring for others. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she worked at El Camino Hospital's cardiac unit, Los Gatos Community Hospital, and several home health and hospice agencies, as well as at The Women's Cancer Center in Los Gatos and for a neurology office in other capacities.
It is her belief that all those in need of home care should be treated with the same level of dignity and respect that would be provided to a family member, and she has made that the company's goal. If your loved one needs extra help to stay in their own home, you don't have to do it alone. We help people enjoy life at home, whether they're elderly, suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's, or recovering from injury or surgery.

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
Report
Our caregivers provide clients with a familiar face, and are fully trained to provide dementia and Alzheimer's care. Change is hard for anyone, but it can be particularly hard for older adults who have had more time to become set in their ways, and especially for those suffering from cognitive disorders.
Bed & Wheelchair Transfer Assistance
Report
Our caregivers can assist your loved one with in-home personal care including bed, toilet, and wheelchair transfers. If your loved one struggles with getting in and out of bed or a wheelchair, our caregivers have specialized training to help safely transfer your loved one to/from bed, wheelchair, toilet, and chairs.
Companionship Services
Report
Our caregivers provide clients with a familiar face, friendly conversation, and a meaningful human connection. According to AARP, nearly 90% of people over age 65 want to live at home for as long as possible. However, seniors who live alone often experience social isolation and feelings of loneliness which can have a serious effect on their mental and physical health.
