It has been a month now since Ted passed away. I don't think you can truly comprehend how much I appreciate all you have done for Ted over the years. I don't see you as a company, but very good friends who had more than a business interest in his well being. I know anyone who contacts you has their lives enriched.

The caregivers were excellent and in my case - went far beyond the call of duty. They were very helpful. Any schedule changes were handled easily - making me feel like I had family looking after my friend.

You have already reviewed our terms of employment when we completed paperwork together in the office. The second part of our orientation consists of reviewing our San Diego Compassionate Care Employee Manual. Three hours of Initial Safety Training is required by the Home Care Services Bureau. If you have completed this home care training for another home care agency or care facility, please let us know.
