I have been trying to reach this company for weeks with no response with a warranty issue. I emailed like they asked 4 times with a photo, called and left a message, responded to their survey and still no response. They did call back so I will update my rating. The glasses are a nice quality.

My 9 year old loves her glasses! learning that she needed to wear glasses shortly after her T1D diagnosis was hard but getting the kit and trying on so many fun frames made it much more enjoyable for her, now she's obsessed with her glasses and loves how they look on her! The process was so easy too :)

We LOVE Jonas Paul. My kids are now 10 and 12 years old and this is the 5th year ordering first the kit (to try on different styles at home) and then the prescription frames. The staff has always been responsive and kind and the kids' glasses look stylish. We also love that they support an amazing cause #BuySightGiveSight. This is a win-win all around.

After ordering from them for years for my daughters glasses, I wont be returning. I dealt with delays in communication from the company and in the preparation of my daughters glasses which left her without glasses for over three weeks. Next time, I will go to Costco who can have my glasses prepared for me and ready to pick up in 5 days.

Absolutely love Jonas Paul Eyewear! It was so easy trying on the frames at home and our daughter loved the experience. She love her glasses and we are so happy she feels so confident wearing them! The price was also significantly lower than what we spent on her previous pair of glasses from her eye doctor. Highly recommend them for any kid looking for stylish, "adult" like glasses!
