Cant seem to ever get there stuff together. Always needing to come back. 1/2 of the staff is rude other half great. Just depends on who you get.

RUDE!! The optometrist i saw was a lovely personable lady. Too bad she works here cause there staff is RUDE. IF IM LAYING DOWN HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AT A BUISNESS I EXPECT NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. I will be taking my business elsewhere.. There is one female staff member we have witnessed treat multiple customers very poorly. How she still has a job there is beyond me. Save yourself the trip and visit an office that values the patients and treats them with respect and courtesy

From my first step in the office to my last everyone was very helpful. This was my first visit with Dr. Brian following Dr. Stan's retirement. He was very professional and thorough. McKenna helped me pick out new frames. She made this process easy and fun. Getting new frames can be an overwhelming decision but she knew which frames looked good on me and which ones didn't fit my face or weren't a good color. Found a pair that look great! Thanks Dr. Brian and McKenna.

Every staff person I was in contact with throughout my appointment from the call to make the appointment to the medical staff behind the scenes to the person checking us out at the end were extremely knowledgeable, warm/friendly, and very helpful. If it's any indication as to how impressed my wife and I are with Zeeland Vision we drive 25 miles to for their services where we a couple options for vision services within a mile of our home and this year makes 34 years we have been with Zeeland Vision. Yes some staff have changed but the loving, caring service is still wonderful.

I didnt have appointment, I walk in today 8/4/2020, to see if I can pick out my new glasses, because last October 2019, I was there for eyes exam but I couldnt get a new glasses at that time. So today, I want in to see if I can pick one out. They were busy, so the lady at the front desk said I can see if I can get you in, but then she said we will need to make appointment, I said, no problem. But then this wonderful lady name Tracy comes out looking for my name. She said Im very happy to help you! She is wonderful!! Im so very pleased and very happy with her wonderful help picking out
