True Light Solar started in Lincoln, CA from a realization of a real need. Travis, an Environmental Science graduate, was looking out at a neighbor's dirty solar panels which had been installed only a couple months prior. He began to ponder the dirt and grime covering the panels and how the output of the panels was compromised from the build up.
He realized there was a real need for solar panel cleaning in his area. Coupled with his passion to see renewable energy be maximized and his entrepreneur mind, True Light Solar was established. Travis and Lindsey have been married for 16 years of their 25 year relationship. They homeschool their 3 children, ages 13, 12, and 10.

We recently received some data from a customer showing the results of the solar panel cleaning done by True Light Solar. The customer was experiencing decreased power generation this year in 2017 (shown on the ORANGE line) compared to power generation in 2016 (shown on the BLUE line). True Light Solar cleaned all 16 panels on 9/20/17 resulting in a 25% increase in daily generation and a 20% increase from 2016 when the panels were almost new.*
