I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The realtor Lisa was un professional, she forgot our meeting as she was home laying on the couch and dealing with personal issues. She was rushing to get a contract signed as she was busy in Clermont which is not our concern. She was always late replying to texts. We told her to bring park application and did not have, very unprepared and her boss who is the owner Susan was worse justifying Lisa. Customer service is horrible. I am going to start saying that I gave one start because the system didn't let me do less. I highly recommend to stay away from this company, specially the owner Susan. She's very unprofessional, rude and even lie to me in my face. I was upset with the realtor, but after talking to the owner (Susan) now I understand more. Susan you have to lead by example... STAY AWAY FROM THEM. For some reason the system doesn't let me reply to the owner and once again it proves me that she's lying.
