I think Lynn of Sun Belt Homes was extremely helpful! I purchased our winter home without even seeing it ! She sent extra photos of the neighborhood, explained in detail exactly what was involved in purchasing a home without being there in person! The whole experience was a joyful one ! Cant wait to meet her in January! I know I will love our home , it what exactly what we were looking for in a winter home for a couple of months ! Lot rent is extremely low !

We are out of state and purchased a mobile home they had listed. What a mistake. The seller kept changing her mind. Then when she accepted our offer wanted to stay longer then she should. She didnt want to pay half of the lot rent since she needed to stay till the middle of the month. Then sunbelt kept changing walk through and closing date. Owner left trailer in a mess and didn't take all she was supposed to and to top this hole bad experience a week and 2 days AFTER CLOSING and she received her funds she went to propane company and had them drain the tank and received money back for it.
