Services
Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy utilizes water's buoyancy and resistance properties to facilitate movement and exercise. This treatment helps reduce joint stress while improving strength, flexibility, and mobility. Patients benefit from reduced pain during exercises that might be uncomfortable on land, making it ideal for those recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions.
Spinal Decompression
Spinal decompression therapy relieves pressure on spinal discs through gentle stretching techniques. This non-surgical treatment addresses herniated discs, sciatica, and chronic back pain. Patients experience reduced nerve compression and improved mobility through targeted, controlled movements that create negative pressure within the spinal column to promote healing.
Sports Performance
Sports performance programs enhance athletic ability through customized strength and conditioning plans. Certified specialists develop training regimens to improve speed, agility, and endurance while preventing injuries. Athletes receive sport-specific assessments and progressive training techniques to optimize physical capabilities and return to peak performance levels after injuries.
Womens Health
Women's health services address postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Specialized therapists provide individualized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy and targeted exercises. Patients receive compassionate care for conditions affecting urinary function, sexual health, and core stability through evidence-based interventions tailored to women's unique physiological needs.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy employs skilled hand techniques to mobilize joints and soft tissues. This approach improves range of motion, reduces pain, and restores normal movement patterns. Therapists use targeted pressure and manipulation to address musculoskeletal restrictions, combining these techniques with exercise programs to enhance treatment effectiveness and accelerate recovery.

Shane and Lindsay are awesome there at the Iceplex. At a great price! When I first came to them I was having days where my knees were so bad I could hardly stand up from crouching down. Now I can spend all day on my feet with hardly any issues. On top of the in person physical therapy Lindsey gave me the tools to help myself in the long run. Stretches and exercises specific to my issues that can prevent/relieve and issues my lifestyle might cause for my knees.
Shane is alright too. You just have to look past the moustache and golf talk. ;-)

What an amazing experience! I live and started my physical therapy in Los Angeles and had to visit Rochester for 6weeks of work. My UCLA physical therapy and therapist have nothing on the staff here at Lattimore Iceplex. A stranger recommended this location to me and I am forever grateful! Lindsay, Shane, and Dominique have a system that is effective and keeps you looking forward to your next visit. Who would have thought Id be sad to leave Rochester for Los Angeles!

Great results under the care of Lindsay. She listened attentively to my symptoms. Her goal was to get me back to normal without introducing more pain into my knee and wrist. Results are wonderful. Ive gone to physical therapists in the past who had a no pain, no gain mentality. (Ouch!) Not the philosophy at Lattimore. Definitely recommend Lindsay and Shane. Very grateful for them and their approach to healing. A special shout out to Chris, the intern who worked with me over the summer. He definitely found his calling. Hes going to be a great physical therapist.
