I've been a customer for at least 20 years. I take all of my cross-stitch projects here and have always been happy with the results. One of my pieces from 2005 recently started showing ripples in the fabric, so I brought it to the shop to be assessed, as I've never had that happen before. They re-stretched it for me (free of charge) and said it shouldn't happen again. They didn't have to honor their work from so long ago, but they did, and I'll continue to support this small business:-)

I came here with a simple request to cut a double Matt board to fit a specific frame/painting. These guys went above and beyond, assembled it all and added a better hanging system, and it all looks wonderful! Highly recommend for their work and service!
