What is a Podiatrist

A podiatrist specializes in the medical care of the foot and ankle, and is a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.). Podiatrists are specially trained experts at foot, ankle and related leg structures surgery. Some podiatrists have primarily surgical practices, while others complete additional training in reconstruction of the foot and ankle.

In order to serve you better and faster, we have provided our New Patient Information Form online. Complete the forms and bring them with you on your first visit. Completing the New Patient Information form in advance will save you time on your initial visit! You will need to bring your current insurance card, photo ID and payment, as insurance required us to collect your copay and deductible amounts at the time of service.
Insurance & Payments

We now accept pre-payments for surgeries that need to be done in a hospital setting, and promise to pay plans on all INSURANCE PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY. We also can automatically bill your credit card (on file) so you do not have to worry about keeping up with medical insurance EOB -ask us about these exciting new programs.
