Our goal is to satisfy bellies, nurture friendships, and bring together families all while supporting the children and employees of our little dream, The Full Belly Deli. Small business really is the heart of the community in Paso Robles. Given the opportunity to make the Deli her own by Mike & Cheryl Gordon of Morro Bay Cabinets in early 2011, Heidi a Paso Robles born and raised local girl, jumped in heart and soul first, knowledge second.
Being raised in a small business all her childhood, she understood the value of excellent customer service, happy employees, and what a hard work ethic would accomplish. She strives every day to make each customer and employee happy and truly appreciates each patron that walks through the Deli door on a daily basis.
