We just had a great experience with Redline. They could have really put one on us, since we don't know anything about hvac stuff. But Derrick was thorough and figured out I was just an air supply issue. Super friendly, and knowledgeable definitely going to save their number for future issues!

The weather got cold on Monday, and I woke up and turned the heat on only to find the furnace was not producing heat. In a mild panic I did some calling around, and spoke with several companies before calling Redline. I got in touch with Jackie from Redline, and I was absolutely blown away by how friendly, cheerful, and helpful she was! She was able to schedule someone to come to the house in two days, instead of the 10+ days like everyone else I had talked with. Jackie's positivity was infectious, and speaking with her put me in a much better mood. Two days later, Derek showed up on my doorstep

We have used Redline for repairs maintenance and installation. They have been awesome to work with. On time, professional, honest and reasonably priced. Even during the hottest time of year! I would highly recommend them. All of the tech we have worked with are great, but Cory is even a knotch above excellent!
