I was having trouble with my furnace (on the coldest weekend since forever naturally). Mike showed up in about an hour, did a thorough check of the system, set up a work around until a part was available then came back in the evening the day he got the part and installed it. The furnace is not only repaired but works better than it ever has while I've lived here. They are definitely where I'm going from now on. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience with Duffey's today. Our AC suddenly stopped working this morning and within a short time our house was getting pretty uncomfortable. I called and left a voicemail and received a call back in a short time and was able to make an appointment for the same day, within a couple of hours . The technician that showed up was very professional, was wearing a protective face respirator and kept his distance while in our home. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix our issue and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend!

Really great service from Mike! He came out and inspected our AC unit, diagnosed the problem and was able to get it fixed! He provided great explanations of our problem and what he did to fix it and things we should watch for in the future.

I was very happy with Duffey's. After contacting 3 other HVAC companies about a humidifier, Shawn was the only one who took the time to walk me through several options. And, on top of that, I was hoping to get the job done super quick, because we had relatives visiting who were really sensitive to the dry air. Shawn got me in--which I really appreciated! Mike installed the humidifier and was polite and efficient. I'd definitely recommend them!
