Your student will have a tutor working closely with him/her to focus solely on his/her specific needs. Our services are provided in the comfort of your own home providing the student with a familiar and comfortable environment and giving you the freedom NOT to have to travel to provide your student with enhanced education services.

We meet monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, raise money for scholarships to Cal. State University San Marcos women in need of financial assistance to continue schooling. Would love to have you come there, too, it is not category specific-lunch is $25 for guests and must be signed up and paid one week prior or it is more costly-another great group of folks!

Sunny Goodwin is the owner and director of Sunny Day Tutoring Services. She coordinates all tutoring activities and communications between parents, tutors and school staff. Sunny is a Master Teacher, Educational Consultant, Diagnostician and Curriculum Developer. She is fully credentialed with 38 years of teaching expertise in many subjects and grade levels, Pre-K through 12th grade and adults.

We tutored an 8th grade boy who had totally given up on himself and his belief that he COULD learn. He has dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, an auditory processing problem and a low IQ. He has been in special day classes 100% of his school day in a group of 12 other special education students.
