Stay away from Apex if at all possible, there are far more competent and honest service providers. The folks at Apex apparently don't understand how to properly use a measuring tape or comprehend battery stickers. We trusted the Apex team to replace our battery and waited 8 weeks for it to arrive only to be told they had originally measured incorrectly. The replacement was physically too small, nearly 500 pounds underweight, came with the wrong pigtail, and had a significant decrease in overall capacity. Their solution? Their company values do no match the integrity and actions of this company. Problem resolution, vendor management we all want to grow our business but taking ownership is the first step. Disappointed that we took all the steps necessary prior to reporting them to the BBB and sending them to collections. If this is how they treat vendors I can only imagine how they treat their clients.
