Black Oxide
Our black oxide process creates durable conversion coatings through chemical reactions at 285F. This method provides corrosion resistance, light glare reduction, and dimensional stability for steel and stainless steel components. We offer multiple after-finish options including oil, wax, and lacquer treatments to enhance performance characteristics.
Dip Spin Coatings
Advanced dip spin systems apply uniform coatings with controlled immersion times and spin parameters. Our process prevents thread fill while maintaining RoHS compliance and environmental responsibility. We use MAGNI and Doerken coating systems for automotive-grade corrosion protection and torque consistency.
Fastener Sorting
Our optical and laser sorting systems detect dimensional variations down to 0.003 inches. Capabilities include thread verification, recess depth measurement, and foreign material removal. The 100% automated sorting process ensures component consistency for critical safety applications.
Passivation
We provide MIL-STD-171 and ASTM A 967 compliant passivation services that enhance corrosion resistance in stainless steel components. Our process removes surface contaminants while forming protective oxide layers without dimensional changes to precision parts.
Plating
Computer-controlled plating lines deliver precise immersion times within 2-second accuracy. We offer zinc-phosphate, manganese-phosphate, and specialized cleaning services meeting automotive and aerospace specifications. Our systems ensure consistent coating thickness and adhesion properties.

I've never been to this place and I have no idea what they even do, but after reading the morons review below who is saying that he wasn't allowed to use the bathroom I felt I should come to this company's defense. I wanted to offset that one star review which is seriously flawed since it has nothing useful to offer in any way. So here is another review that offers nothing helpful but simply contradicts the one star given by another reviewer. It's too bad I have to waste my time doing this but justice should be meted out whenever possible.
