Services
Chronic Pain Management
Our chronic pain management specialists use advanced, non-surgical techniques like epidural injections, nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulation to treat persistent pain from conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and nerve damage. We create personalized treatment plans to reduce discomfort and improve daily function. With over 180 years of combined physician experience, we prioritize conservative, evidence-based approaches to restore quality of life.
Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation
We specialize in rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries, including back/neck pain, tendonitis, and post-orthopedic surgery recovery. Our treatments combine physical therapy, prolotherapy, and ultrasound-guided injections to restore strength and mobility. Patients benefit from tailored rehabilitation programs designed by board-certified physiatrists. This approach ensures long-term recovery and prevention of future injuries through targeted, conservative care.
Spinal Cord Injury Treatment
Our team provides comprehensive care for spinal cord injuries, focusing on maximizing independence through physical rehabilitation, spasticity management, and adaptive therapies. We address paralysis, mobility limitations, and secondary complications with multidisciplinary strategies. Patients receive personalized care plans developed by physicians with decades of experience in neurological rehabilitation, ensuring holistic support for physical and emotional recovery.
Epidural Steroid Injections
Epidural steroid injections deliver targeted anti-inflammatory medication to alleviate pain from herniated discs, sciatica, and spinal stenosis. Our physicians use fluoroscopic guidance for precise placement, ensuring maximum effectiveness. Patients often experience pain relief lasting weeks to months, allowing participation in physical therapy. This minimally invasive procedure is a cornerstone of our conservative, non-surgical approach to spinal conditions.
Ambulatory Surgery Center
Our accredited ambulatory surgery center offers cost-effective, high-quality procedures like joint injections and pain management interventions with local anesthesia. Patients benefit from shorter recovery times, reduced costs (40-60% lower than hospitals), and 94% satisfaction rates. The center emphasizes convenience, with streamlined scheduling and ground-floor accessibility, making advanced care more efficient and patient-friendly.

I am a current patient with iPMR. It takes weeks! Months! To get them to respond to phone messages. I took about 8 years worth of previous pain management records to the provider at iPMR. It wasnt until I was physically in the office that the clerk gave them to my treating Dr to review and that was after they had them for about 3 months. I had an MRI. The clinic was to call me for a follow up and go over the results. It took -120 days for the follow up and only because went to the clinic to schedule the appointment in person. They worked with my insurance to send me to three ortho specialist

Dr. Shane Maxwell is a kind & caring Dr. Who is highly educated & truly understands the human body! I've been his patient for over 2 yrs now but prior to him, I had been bounced back & forth to SEVERAL different Dr.'s & specialist & not ONE of them seemed to care about my personal situation. I always left my other Dr. Office's crying and confused. My depression was dangerously high during that time. I truly thank God for Dr. Maxwell. After leaving from my very 1st consult with Dr. Shane Maxwell, all the emotions of the past 2 years seem to flow like a river. I bawled uncontrollably. I felt
