Shrimp and onions sauteed with cascabel chile and a pinch of chipotle, served with tomatoes, avocado, carrots, cheese, and romaine lettuce. Grilled salmon with lettuce, tomatoes, red cabbage, carrots, onions, with a boiled egg and special homemade dressing.
