Services
Anxiety Treatment
Our anxiety treatment in Charlotte utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address root causes of anxiety disorders. Through structured sessions, we help clients identify negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and implement mindfulness practices. This evidence-based approach empowers clients to manage symptoms independently while addressing underlying emotional triggers.
Depression Therapy
Specialized depression treatment combines CBT techniques with holistic approaches to restore emotional balance. We help clients reconnect with lost joy through personalized treatment plans that address sleep disturbances, negative self-perception, and relationship challenges. Our therapy focuses on rebuilding self-worth and establishing sustainable wellness routines.
Trauma/PTSD Therapy
Trauma therapy employs EMDR techniques to process distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. This specialized treatment helps clients reframe traumatic experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and restore normal stress responses through a structured eight-phase approach that includes future scenario visualization.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki sessions promote natural healing through energy channeling techniques that reduce stress and physical discomfort. This non-invasive therapy complements mental health treatment by restoring energy flow through chakra pathways, enhancing relaxation, and supporting the body's self-healing mechanisms for chronic pain and emotional distress.
Intensive Therapy Sessions
Customizable intensive programs deliver concentrated therapeutic support over 1-4 days. These immersive sessions provide rapid progress equivalent to months of traditional therapy through focused exploration of personal, couples, or family dynamics in a structured, supportive environment.

I just started seeing Ashley recently and she's already helped me and my mental healthy substantially. She has such a unique approach to counseling and incorporates interactive and hands-on activities into each session. She has pulled things out of me that I don't think I would have considered on my own. I can't recommend her enough!

Ashley Francis was recommended to me by a friend who also practices therapy in the Charlotte area. If I had any idea of the positive impact that our sessions would have on me, I wouldve started therapy so much sooner. Ashley is empathetic, authentic, understanding, and transparent. And, shes always open to giving me the flexibility to navigate our sessions in a way thats comfortable for me (even in the moments when I may deflect or speak cryptically :)), while still helping ensure that Im taking the necessary steps to progress. Im forever grateful for Ashleys support throughout

Please be advised before using Ashley Francis to improve your mental wellness. She is known for using dating apps to recruit and generate new business, instead of using it as it's intended. This is truly a person who lacks the empathy to understand people on a personal level and may need some counseling herself. You should carefully consider this before placing your trust & valuable mental health into someone this like. She is not "committed to doing whats right for the world."

She works diligently to understand the needs of each individual so she can help guide them on their path to growth and healing. I've worked with several different therapists off and on through the years, when the need is there, and have been fortunate to have worked with two in particular who are just wonderful. One lives in Oregon, and the other one is Ashley at Blue Sage here in Charlotte. She is an excellent communicator, compassionate listener, and holds great space. She is professional, reliable, and clear, but also clearly loves the work she does and that comes through in her sessions, which is special. Personally, she has helped me process an unbelievable amount of family-related stress, and also connected me to
