Being a REALTOR, it is more difficult than one would think finding good specialists to assist in a transaction. I called them on Friday and they worked me into their schedule for yesterday. They have definitely earned my business from now on! Reasonably priced, professional, and honest.

We used AES for asbestos testing in the 1978 home we bought. Collin was incredibly thorough and informative. He was timely, friendly, and courteous. We had a lot of follow up questions after his visit and he patiently answered all of them. When we got our results I spoke with Brian and he was also very helpful answering questions and discussing next steps for abatement. Both of the professionals we worked with were helpful in calming our nerves while respecting and acknowledging potential danger. We highly recommend using AES and will be using them again if the need arises.

I needed help regarding possible mold in my apartment. This was the first company I called and they were the best with answering questions and being patient with my needs. All of my questions were answered during the first phone call about what they do, how they do it, and how much it would cost. I had questions the day of and they happily answered those as well. The specialist who visited my home, Colin, was very polite, had a lot of information that helped me understand the process, and how to keep myself safe from mold. The turn around time for the lab testing was super quick. I feel a lot better

Had a solicitor from this company come to the door requesting a water sample. After determining that the name sounds very official, but they are not associated with the state in anyway, I obliged the request and stated I would observe their findings. The next day another member of the service arrived. I greeted him cordially at the front door and requested to review the results out front of my residence as opposed to inside since I have a young daughter and immunocompromised wife. The employee scoffed at my request and was very upset that I requested to meet him outside my home on my shared patio

Great experience with this company and they make sure to show where the water damage is and explain what will need to be done to fix it. Then samples were taken and they have the results back to you in 24 hrs. I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend them. He also recommended some stuff to help me in the meantime until the problem was fixed. Very knowledgeable and kind staff.

I absolutely LOVE this company! I have been working with them for about 7 years now for all of our construction projects. When I first called Rodney to find out about his company, services and ask questions about a particular job he was very kind, patient and had a wealth of knowledge about his field. He always acts like I am his only client, even thought I know he is a very busy man with a long list of clients. Brian Chrisman and Colin Day are easy to work with, very accommodating and very knowledgeable as well! AES always keeps their word doing the tests and producing the reports on time. Great

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We were completing renovations in an older home we purchased and were very concerned with the potential for asbestos. I reached out to a few different companies that advertised asbestos sampling and decided to go with Rodney and AES due to the prompt response, friendliness, and competitive price. Rodney met me less than 12 hours later to take samples and discuss my concerns. He went as far as to point out other areas in the home that may/most likely contain asbestos should we consider doing other work down the road. We were given the test results same day and he called to discuss
