I had a great experience with Accu Clean. My unit was flooded, and I had no idea what to do (I had never made an insurance claim on my condo before this). Accu Clean made the process so easy. They came out the same day and then worked around my crazy schedule to get the job done. When I needed to get paperwork signed, they offered to meet me at my hotel at 9pm at night (the only time I was free) to get it done.
I'd highly recommend them. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional. Richard in particular is AMAZING! And their receptionist/dispatcher was very friendly and helpful (but I can't recall her name). There was a crew of two others plus Rich who worked on my unit, and I wish I could remember all their names because they were all so helpful and friendly.
