We are from Oklahoma but were in Austin for the Formula 1 Race at COTA. My son's wheelchair recline function just quit working. We needed someone to look at it and maybe repair it if possible. I left a message for this Group and they called me on a Saturday to try to make it happen. Their repair guy, Will, didn't work weekends but he was also at the race and he came a long ways from where he was sitting to where we were to look at our wheelchair. The caring of the owner of this company as well as his staff was amazing! They are a blessing to the Austin area.

Dont usually leave reviews on rentals, but the guys here are the real deal. They truly care about helping others who need a little extra support. The wheelchair we rented was lightweight, easy to maneuver, and allows our father in law to enjoy Austin parks with no issues. Thanks team for caring about our senior community.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I was in nees of a power wheelchair and had an upcoming surgery so really needed it before. There were insurance hoops to jump through. Well my caseworker Libby made everything happen. She worked constantly to push this through with the insurance company. And she managed to get it approved in just a few days. I had it 2 days before my surgery. All I can say is Libby is such a valuable asset to this company! I also had dealings with James, a sales rep, who made sure I was taken care of when I went to get it. He was very kind and helpful. I definitely

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Kerring Group and James Murphey! Our family needed a wheelchair to assist my dad in getting around his retirement community, transporting him to cars and other locations, etc. I began the day knowing little to nothing about wheelchairs.....after one 30 minute phone convo with James, I felt so much better informed and ready to take my parents in to Kerring to try out some chairs.
