Dr. Belmonte attended CSU Sacramento and earned her bachelor's degree in Biological Science in 1993. She then attended the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry and graduated in 1999. Dr. Belmonte returned to Sacramento where she has been in private practice for 19 years.
She is Board certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases and is experienced with treating dry eye, ocular allergy, trauma care, cataract, and refractive surgery management.Dr. Belmonte can also provide eye examinations in Spanish. Dr. Espiritu received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego in 2000.
