I absolutely love Dr. Brooks! She is the kindest doctor you will ever meet. I have been going to her for years and every single encounter with her is always pleasant. She is very knowledgeable and always caters to my needs/concerns when it comes to my eyesight. Her office is very nice, clean, and upscale and always has very nice staff. She is amazing and I'm confident you will think likewise.

Great first visit. I saw Dr. Nieu who is new to Precision Optometry. Dr. Nieu was very thorough and caring. I learned a lot from this visit and feel I'll be able to take care of some dry eye issues better now. Teresa was most helpful when I was picking out my new glasses. A little over a week later I was able to go back and pick up my new glasses. The fitting was quick and easy. I highly recommend Precision Optometry. I would have liked to of seen at least one night a week when they were open past 5 PM so it would've been a little easier to pick up glasses.

My family and I have been going here for several years, primarily for convenience and Dr. Brooks's expertise. Nothing special with their customer service, especially recently. Poor communication and follow up.

I would give no stars if I could. Dr. Brooks is a joke. Very rude, condescending, and generally unhelpful. Highly don't recommend! There are some great eye doctors in the area but this is not one of them

I've been here a couple of times for eye exams and it was fine- convenient location and hours and Dr. Brooks was nice.
However, the reason I'm not going back is that once you schedule an appointment here you will literally be harassed nonstop by email and text message to schedule your annual appointments. Even after opting out of the texts multiple times I am still receiving nonstop messages. And if you have an upcoming appointment you will receive way too many notifications about your appointment, it was ridiculous. Even the person who checked in before me at my last appointment said

And the harassment continues. Obviously the person harassing me through PM's didn't read the review or doesn't understand the difference between what happens with my spot and what happened with my partners appt. I was there for both.
