My first impression of Mr Frassetti was good, he found my contact but I needed photographic evidence confirming this. I waited 3 weeks for an email that was promised and never came. I attempted to reach out on three more occasions and never heard back from him. So I guess I'll have to try another agency and hopefully I'll get better service. Maybe one shouldn't take on so many jobs and fall short on good service.

I had somebody use a stolen credit card at my place of business and they stole $3500 from us. I had waited over two weeks for the police to try to help... even though I had these people photographed in my parking lot. I hired Mr. Frassetti and within less than 24 hours I had all of my property back! He is diligent, timely, thorough and I could not say anything more positive about this company! In all honesty I wouldve paid triple! Michael is the consume professional and was the only one willing to take on my case when everyone else could not get off the phone fast enough once it was known that I resided outside the state of FL. I've now used Capital Protection & Investigations on several occasions. The level of service I receive is always exceptional and the reports (which are always accurate) come back in a speedy manner. I often use their services for employee background checks which have sometimes highlighted good reasons not to hire someone. I've also used their help to trace people for my clients.
