This man is a very sincere. Honest down to earth gentleman! I was actually involved in an accident and he was asked to follow up with me! At first like anyone I was stand-offish. After actually meeting talking and being a real cooperative person with him. I really enjoyed the visit facts are facts I was impressed with the professionalism and actually know people to whom have used him! Honestly I would recommend him first class professional! Just remember hes just doing his job whether its him or the next guy. At least this man is a class act!

Was looking for a missing person. Had enough information to start. During the 20 minute intro phone call, Ken Stevens was able to determine the person is deceased. A less-ethical person would have started the meter and let it run for awhile before telling me that. I really appreciate the professionalism and the skill.

Very sad; accepted my money to locate a loved on only to knock on doors instead of being CLANDESTINE!!!? I could have had anyone do this for free! This caused further trouble in my family and Im out $900. You pay a private detective to be private; as I was never told this would be a method, I was scammed ; moreover, when I challenged this, I was told, Well, Mark is new! Unbelievably stupid and sloppy and I am owed money based on this regardless of their contract. Shame on this cartoon they made out of my sad situation , most especially that I am a disabled senior with limited income
