Swim Club Management Group, Inc. (SCMG) was founded in 2002 with 6 lifeguards and 1 community pool in Huntersville, NC. While never losing sight of those humble beginnings, SCMG is the leading service provider for aquatic management services in the Carolinas and Virginia. SCMG manages over 300 Swim Clubs, employs over 45 full-time employees, and nearly 2,000 seasonal employees.

SCMG employs Full-Time American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard Instructors to ensure that all employees meet our certification standards. SCMG implements the industry leading "Drop Program" to help keep our lifeguards alert, active and prepared if an emergency occurs. Lifeguards must attend in-service trainings throughout the summer to continue employment with SCMG.

C.W. started his adult work career serving in the U.S. Air Force in the military club division. With this initial grounding, he left the military and furthered his education by graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, and a Master's Degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
