This 20 MINUTE class promotes infant growth and development through slow, rhythmical movements, tummy time, and lots of skin-to-skin contact. We create a sensory and motor experience in the pool that is vital to creating healthy bonding, enhanced brain development, and improved proprioception and motor skills.
This class is designed to introduce children to the aquatic environment while introducing basic skills that will lead to independent, forward progression in the water. This class is for students who are comfortable in the water, can blow bubbles, and are able to swim independently with their face in the water for a short distance.

Private Lessons include twenty minutes of individualized, one-on-one attention, allowing swimmers to focus on specific areas where improvement is needed. Whether swimmers are learning beginner water safety skills, improving competitive strokes, or laying the foundational components of independent swim, our instructors are equipped to provide the undivided attention your child needs to build upon their current skill level.
