Co-Owner
Retired after 45 years in retail grocery, Pamela now focuses on PaZa Estate Winery Estate Winery. Her career included managing the California State Fair Wine Garden and extensive wine industry experience.
Zane Dobson
Co-Owner & Vintner
A former aviation engineer, Zane transitioned to winemaking in 2005. He brings technical expertise and a passion for sustainable viticulture to PaZa Estate Winery Estate Winery.

Tasting Room Manager
With 16 years on the Placer Wine Trail, Cyndie oversees tastings at PaZa Estate Winery Estate Winery. She holds a Wine Business Certificate from Sonoma State and specializes in European varietals.

What are your tasting hours?
We're open Friday-Sunday, 12 PM-5 PM. Last call at 4:30 PM. Closed Oct 4-5 for wine club events.
Can I bring food to the winery?
Yes, guests may bring snacks and picnics to enjoy with our wines. No outside alcohol permitted.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome if non-reactive. Please consider other visitors, including children and farm animals, when bringing pets.
How do I join the wine club?
Visit our website to download the application. Choose 2 or 4-bottle membership levels with biannual shipments and exclusive benefits.
Can I host an event at the winery?
Private events are available for wine club members. Contact us in advance to arrange venue bookings for weddings or gatherings.
Do you offer wine shipping?

This is officially my favorite winery. The wine is AH-Mazing. The grounds are so beautiful. The staff is so welcoming. It was a no-brainer that I had to become a wine member. I LOVE this place.

My friends and I just visited this location Saturday January 23rd 2021, and we had an amazing experience talking with Zane about his knowledge in the wine business. He and his wife Pam are the ownwes of this beautiful location. They start running since 2005. We enjoyed every moment there taking a lot of pictures and social media snaps. Lovely property to bring your dog, a picnic basket and seat down to watch the sunset and overlook the vineyards sipping their great wine!

The views and vinyard were gorgeous! The wine baskets to carry our flights to seating were also such a cute idea! Only 3 stars because the service was not good. The lady who helped us was very unfriendly and seemed bothered. There was also no water available to either purchase or fill a water bottle.

Hats off to anyone that is willing to stay outside wearing a mask in 105 degree heat. My sis and I braved the elements with the promise of warming the spirits and the soul with a few glasses. We shared the flight for the reasonable price of $13 and were able to try 4 different wines. Wish I was smart enough to take a pic of the flight basket, but I guess that will be a reason to visit again. The property is lovely, with plenty of space and the wine is sure to be a crowd pleaser. We had to bring a bottle of the 2016 Barbera home with us!

I go wine tasting in Paso Robles at least twice a year and PaZa is probably the best tasting wine I have ever had. The view is bonus!
