What To Expect

When you arrive, we will need information from you including your insurance card, a picture ID and your copayment or deductible payment. Your physical therapist will ask questions at your first appointment to learn more about the problem for which you are being seen. You will also be asked questions about how your problem limits your function, and any pain you are having.
