The Bradford Swim & Recreation Center
Revised local and government guidelines will permit BSC to operate with less restrictions this summer than in 2020. Members can look forward to enjoying additional hours, a full swim lesson program and a competitive swim team experience this season. While we will still operate with a reduced number of member families, much of this season should feel like we are getting back to normal.

Please use this Web site to answer your questions about our hours of operation, program, staff and lessons. We also encourage you to follow us on Facebook (@Bradford Swim Club) for announcements and regularly updated information. As always, your safety, well-being and BSC experience are at the center of everything we do.

Our Team
Report
Pat Corr is a lifelong resident of Bradford and grew up at BSC. He began his aquatic career as a BSC lifeguard, coach and swim instructor. His nearly two decades of aquatic experience includes positions as aquatics program manager at the Indian Ridge Country Club and assistant manager of the Haverhill Country Club overseeing daily operations.
History
Report
In 1965, a group of citizens, recognizing the need for recreational facilities in Haverhill, decided to organize and promote the provision of some of the major facilities on a non-profit basis. They formed a Board of Directors under the name of "Bradford Swim and Recreation Center, Inc" (BSC). The intention of this group was to build a pool and recreational facility that would be an extension of your backyard.

Report
We are pleased that initial discussions among the Summer Aquatic League member clubs have been very supportive of a return to a competitive swim meet season. Further information will be available shortly. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Coach Abby! swimcoach@bradfordswimclub.com.
FAQs
Report
Answer: The club does have a limit to the number of memberships sold. We have historically had a waiting list to join the club and generally fill our membership by mid to end of May each year. We cap our family memberships. This helps control crowding and gives members room. In 2016, we invested just under 1 million dollars to expand the footprint of our club and added a new splash park, kiddie pool, decking and seating.
