I received amazingly quick responses to my questions about Health-Pros available services. Keith, who took my initial call, made sure I knew when to expect answers to further questions. Mr. Bailey, who called no more than 5 minutes later, was so helpful and knowledgeable about how they could help our family member. I was most impressed by the fact that he indicated they endeavor to treat each patient as if he or she is a member of their own family. By the next day, I received the proposed contract via email.
