Our services provide a relief for the aging and the disabled population who prefer to recover in the comfort of their homes. These are the home care services currently available through our agency for Medicaid and private pay recipients as well as contracted Nursing Pool Services with facilities.
The registered nurse shall visit the client in the client's residence to assess the client's general condition, progress and response to services provided.Personal Care Services (PCS) covers the services of an aide in the recipient's private residence to assist with the recipient's personal care needs such as, meal preparation, feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, etc. that are directly linked to a medical condition.

Medicaid Rates are preset by the State of North Carolina. Third party payer rates will vary according to the care intensity and billing processes.
