Will never use or recommend Down East Beauliville again. We put a deposit and down payment on a home that was on the lot ready to move in June. Stacie lied to us out of the gate by saying they could move the home to our lot while we were in the process of selling our current home. We got under contract in August and were 2 weeks(End of September) from closing on our current home before we were finally told they wouldn't move the home on our lot till we had proof of sale from our home. Worst experience Ive ever had they were very under dependable and they will lie to your face and when the house finally got here they did all they could to help you until you got the money and at that point its your problem not theirs down east in beulaville is a joke and Id highly recommend staying away from this place 1 star is too much

If I could give them a negative star, I would. We received a SAHG from the VA for my disabled husband. We started in February with house hunting. Mike Thomas was a our salesman. All through the process was kind of struggling which is usual dealing with the VA. We were allowed so much money for the purchase - no loan - but DEH was to fill out paperwork for the VA which never happened. Our home was delivered to this location in May with a signed contract between all parties including the VIN and serial numbers of our home. Working with down east homes has been the worst decision weve EVER made! We have been in our house for OVER 6 months now and they still have not fixed multiple issues that they caused. we have called and emailed and keep being told that they are working on it but nothing gets done. We are unable to use our front door, they cracked the bathtub and have been saying for months they would order us one.
We received a call from them requesting that when the factory maker of the home called us to rate our experience with Down East Homes, that we give them a good review. What a joke. I would not recommend

Because of Covid there was no contact. I did call the office to ask the price of the home I was touring. I liked that on Sat you could still tour all the homes without an appointment.

I went everywhere Looking for a new home after hurricane Florence. Down East is the best place for the best price that I receive. I got in my home 3 days before Dorian hit us and my new home stood up to it. I would like to thank you for your time and patience. The staff is great and I recommend this place to any And everybody. I love my true home
