Like everyone else I though the best deals,quality and assurance would be better found outside of your hometown. Down east of newbern being my first stop, I never thought it would be my last stop. However, after visiting numerous if not all building centers from newbern to smithfield, and including other cities outside of newbern, I found that the service I was looking and expecting was rite under my nose. Not only do they aim to satisfy, but cameron went above and beyond to make me happy. Thanks cameron!!!

Working with Down East Realty was honestly a truly amazing experience. I was fresh from out of state and bought some property and decided to place a second home. Cameron and his team went above and beyond to ensure that everything from start to finish was 100% correct and has since been easily accessable in the event there was any concerns from my end. We stopped by and talked to a Gentleman named Cameron he took the time to show me the difference between modular and double wide and answered all my questions he called me back and followed up with us and remembered that it was my wifes birthday just a very professional experience

I'm sharing my experience in hopes of helping anyone in the market for a modular home. It took about a year of shopping around before I finally decided on moving forward with Down East Homes. This was my forever home so I made sure to get exactly what I've always wanted. I would 100% recommend speaking to Christian if you decide on checking them out. He made sure I was comfortable throughout this whole process and really took his time to make sure I got everything I asked for. Definitely recommend!!!
