After an acute episode of an earache, I experienced dizziness for 3 years. It was difficult for me to walk down the street without feeling afraid of tripping and falling. It was quite debilitating. But now I can walk the streets with confidence & no longer feel dizziness while walking. If so, you are most likely experiencing a Vestibular problem.

My daily life has improved very much so since I've done Physical Therapy. My balance is much better since I came here, and my pain level is significantly lower as well. Gaining and regaining our balance is a lifelong process. Have you ever watched a baby learn how to walk? We simultaneously cheer and worry as they struggle to maintain their balance as they wobble across the floor.
