Dr. Babiy graduated from Brooklyn College, Summa Cum Laude and earned her medical degree at SUNY Brooklyn @ Downstate Medical Center. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Winthrop University Hospital. She received her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian Hospital in the combined program of Columbia and Cornell.
