Questions
What is the minimum age requirement for escape rooms?
Players under 18 must have parental consent. No children under 12 allowed in The Patient room. Parental discretion advised for themed content.
Can we book a room for a private group?
All bookings are automatically private. Select your group size during booking to reserve the entire room for your party.
What happens if we can't solve all puzzles in 60 minutes?
Your game ends after 60 minutes regardless of progress. Staff will debrief you on unsolved puzzles and provide photo documentation of your attempt.
Are there physical requirements for participating?
Rooms require basic mobility. Some puzzles involve lifting, reaching, or crawling. Contact us for accessibility accommodations or special needs.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your scheduled time through our online system.

Grace was the perfect host to our experience, she got us hyped up for game play. Two people were first time players. The Patient was creepy and challenging enough for us but we made it (thanks to Graces clues)! Thanks for a fun evening!

Awesome puzzles! Went for my friend's birthday and we had a blast! It was an excellent mind tease and even a little spooky too! Finished the room with 44 seconds to spare! Hard!

Nice experience team building. Would have been nice to know the number of rooms to escape as we spent over 1/2 our time in the first room. All in all fun time.
