Smart Choice Express Markets offers independent insurance agencies access to a broad portfolio of excess & surplus (E&S) carriers. Insurance agencies do not pay any fees to participate in Express Markets and a full 100% commission is paid directly to your agency by the carriers. Through the Express Markets program, you'll have access to over 35 Specialty lines insurance markets.
