Lori works with adults and couples to manage emotions, repair relationships, and meet their goals. She uses IFS, CBT, and ACT to bring a sense of wholeness and promote lasting change. Alisha employs both traditional counseling and EMDR to help clients overcome traumatic memories. She works with children, adolescents, and adults.
