Sometimes life brings us experiences and relationships that are unhealthy, traumatic and painful. Finding your way through that pain and learning how to cope, while creating the life you want and developing the skills you need, can feel impossible. While life brings challenges there can also be those bright spots where you connect with another person, whether a teacher, coach or friend, that can make all the difference.

CGO providers meet with you in-person or online using a HIPPA compliant video. Counseling sessions are typically 50 minutes, but shorter and longer times can be arranged. Fees: Our fees are comparable to other providers with the same experience and training. We do have limited spots for people who cannot pay a full fee.
