I am a 21 year old woman, and I recently had my first pap smear here. I was extremely nervous, but the women there are extremely nice. I am so grateful for so many women to work there and be so supportive. Alexis was the nurse I believe, and she was very sweet and helped calm me down a bit. Sarah was the doctor that performed the pap smear, and she was very nice and informative. I had a very pleasant experience despite being so worried about my first experience with a pap smear. Please keep up the amazing work!!

From the front desk check in, the office manager, the PAs and Dr Gould in my opinion are the very best! The care and concern for your health is the top priority. I would highly recommend this office to everyone without hesitation.

First impressions: This office is super friendly. I walk in and the receptionist greets me with a very warm smile. The nurse who calls me is very nice and patient. Dr. Gould is super friendly. She sits at eye level and talks to me about my family and my concerns. Being new to the area, she also gave me some much needed recommendations to other medical professionals in the area. Overall, I am impressed with the professionalism and the exceptional patient service. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Kristine Gould and her staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, and perceptive. Her assistant said I didnt seem like myself. It has been a year since I was there, so it caught me by surprise that they remembered me. Great people!

Like most women, Im used to long waiting room times and too short conversations with my doctor. For the first time in forever, I legitimately feel like a valued patient. With minimal wait times and the personal touch received by the doctor and her team, I truly feel COMFORTABLE with the patient care. The efficiency of the front desk team, the warmth and consideration of the nurses, and the personal touch and genuine care from Dr. Goulds, there are no awkward questions or tough conversations. Dr. Gould makes me wish that all doctors provided the same bedside manner.

Dr. Gould and the entire staff is wonderful. Im a hard-working, overweight, usually exhausted, mother, wife, daughter. Dr. Gould and the staff just get it. Instead of lecturing, Dr. Gould and her staff have conversations with their patients. It honestly feels like you are chatting with your girlfriends. The office seems more like a spa and is clean and comfortable, appointments are generally extremely on time. Im past the baby years and appreciate seeing a doctor who doesnt get called into emergency deliveries. Dr. Gould is a rare gem in todays managed care world. Im a patient
