Absolutely terrible. Waited for 3 hours to be seen. Once I was called, the nurse was training 2 other people. They took my vitals and didnt even ask me what my symptoms were just left the room. 45 minutes passed and I thought they forgot about me in the examination room so I had to open the door and ask multiple people if someone was coming. I was exhausted with body aches and a pounding headache. Someone finally came in and asked me if I was there for ACNE REMOVAL. I was flabbergasted. They had no Covid rapid tests available and did a strep and flu test which came back negative and gave

Dont come here if you actually want to see a doctor. Came 3 times for the same issue and was only ever met with a nurse and the doctor only came in to sign the prescription (which did nothing for me all 3 times). They are not helpful at all and will do the bare minimum when checking you.

They will tell you they do telemedicine. Yet, they will send you a pdf file that require you to print, sign and resend. Or they wont be able to see you. To whoever is running the place, Please create you a weblink where pt are able to submit everything online until then you wish you have telemedicine. Lack of their organization, communication and rude customer service make me say pls find another urgent care. If you cant take care sick patient with empathy and understanding maybe you or all of you should change your career. This is coming from another healthcare worker!!!

Please be aware of this place ! If you can avoid it avoid it like the Corona !!! Stay away!!! I never leave reviews but I needed to help somebody out. The staff is so unorganized and they are a bunch of liars. I initially went there to do a urine test for my pregnancy. when it was time to pay they told me to pay for both the urine and blood. My husband and I were surprised and told them why we were paying for the blood test, their response was you need to do both. Making us think it was their company policy, they didnt explain to us that it was optional or that if we chose to do the blood test
