Sam was the best! She listened to my concerns, what I was looking for, made sure I was well informed, and ultimately made my vision into a reality; while ofcourse at the same time making sure my new brows matched my face (as everyone is different). I have always been self conscious about my brows, about myself as a whole. I read about Microblading forever ago, but was extremely nervous to have anyone touch my brows, as who knows how theyd turn out. It was stuck in my head that Id end up with a permanently surprised look.

Phivi did the most amazing job micro blading my eyebrows. I have light colored brows so I wanted them more filled in yet subtle, matching my current shade. She was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. When I first viewed my brows I was OBSESSED and I still am obsessed to this day. The touch up appointment was a piece of cake and left my already amazing brows looking even better. Highly suggest this place (in particular Phivi) she is a true artist. I love my brows, thank you Micropigmentation academy!!!

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with having my eyeliner done at The Micropigmentation Academy. I did a lot of research because I certainly didnt want to trust my eyes to anyone who wasnt excellent. Everything about the experience was smooth and I love the results. Phivi is a talented artist and was only focused on making sure that I had the best experience and that I loved the results. 5 stars for sure!!!

I have been seeing Phivi since the start of her career in micropigmentation. She is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and continues to grow within the world of micropigmentation. I trust that she will always provide impecable services and results. Melissa her assistant/secretary is always a pleasure to speak with. She is helpful and kind. And the shop is always kept very clean as well as the work areas, and are sanitary.

A week later Im extremely disappointed everyone says my microblading looks terrible its thin, even and the strokes are noticeably crooked at first sight it looked like some hair strokes were added and I thought maybe the touch up could add more but after several consultations I was told Id have to do it all over again and add the shading. At this point I dont even want to take my chances
