10/10. The salon is a clean and decorated very classy. Always decorated for the holidays! The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I do lots of changes and crazy things with my hair and Ive never been disappointed. My stylist is Jess, shes amazing! And she cuts my toddlers hair as well.. which any parent knows, can be tough the first couple of times. Jess is very kind and patient with him
RECOMMEND- If youre a blonde, want to be icy blonde- the toner used is AWESOME! For shampoo/conditioner, I use the Oligo Backlight Anti-Yellow Violet. 2-3 times/week.

The owner was very attentive, asked many questions to determine what my preferences were. She was clearly a pro. I did think I was receiving highlights and lowlights, but only received highlights. It was quite pricey at 260$ plus tip, $40, for color foils and cut. NYC prices.
