Orders are for In-Store Pickup. Orders do require a notice however, you can call if you have an emergency order that you need and we will do our best to accommodate your request! It is very important to melt chocolate correctly, and not get any water in the chocolate. First using a double boiler heat the water, it should be just steaming NOT COMPLETELY BOILING. Take pan off the stove and place top part of double boiler on top. The top part of your double boiler should not touch water in bottom pan.
