Air Duct Cleaning
Our air duct cleaning service removes dust and debris from heating and cooling systems using powerful 14,000 CFM truck-mounted equipment. This improves indoor air quality and system efficiency for residential and commercial properties. The process includes cleaning air ducts, diffusers, and furnace components while protecting your property with drop cloths and booties.

Professional chimney cleaning removes creosote buildup and ensures safe operation of wood-burning systems. Our technicians inspect structural integrity, clean flues thoroughly, and provide written inspection reports. This service prevents fire hazards and maintains proper ventilation for residential and commercial chimneys.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
We clean dryer exhaust vents to remove lint buildup that creates fire hazards and reduces appliance efficiency. Using specialized tools, we clear obstructions from both household and industrial dryer vents while protecting your property during service.

Fantastic service by Nate at Advantage! They were prompt, thorough, and friendly! I appreciate that they could fit me in on short-notice, to clean out my blocked dryer vent...which was a fire hazard. I am thankful for them taking my job with less than 24 hours notice. Looking forward to having them back to clean all of the ducts this spring.

This business is run very well and both Nate and Dan were a pleasure to work with. Nate uncovered a major problem dating back to the original installation of the system 20 years ago which should keep our home dust free after many years of dealing with this problem. Too bad all contractors aren't as professional as Advantage Air Duct Cleaning. It would be a better world.
